Have you ever found yourself in that peculiar space between wanting to change something in your life and actually making that change? You know that feeling - where you're aware that a transformation is needed, but you're unsure of how to start, not quite feeling strong enough, or simply lost on what your first step should be. It's that uncomfortable yet crucial phase known as the "in-between."
HELLO FRIENDS!

My name is Stacey, and I'm embarking on my exciting journey, one small step at a time! 🌼 Life has been nudging me to make a change, and I've already taken some big leaps to start that transformation. But you know what? I've been feeling a bit in-between lately, wondering how to navigate this new path. 🤔
Instead of worrying about having everything perfectly planned out (because let's face it, we can't predict the future!), I've decided to embrace the unknown and trust that things will fall into place. So, ta-da! Here comes my new blog! 🎉
So, if you're here, it's probably because you've stumbled upon my monthly posts that I've recently started back up and decided to expand into a full-fledged blog. Watching "Sex and the City" again reignited my inspiration, especially Carrie and her column. I'm ready to breathe life into my monthly reflections and delve deep into each chapter of life, the ups and downs. 💫
To those of you who currently find yourselves in the in-between, this blog post is for you. It's a gentle reminder, a nudge of encouragement to not be disheartened and most importantly, please don't give up. You've already accomplished the hard part by acknowledging the need for change, by recognizing that something within you or your life needs a shift.
It's easy to feel overwhelmed during this phase - to let self-doubt or fear of the unknown cripple your progress. But remember, every journey, no matter how big or small, starts with a single step. No monumental change has ever occurred overnight; it's the accumulation of countless small actions and decisions that lead to transformation.

Take a deep breath and give yourself the grace to move forward at your own pace. There's no rush, no deadline to meet, except for the one you set for yourself. The beauty of the in-between is that it's a liminal space where you have the freedom to explore, experiment, and grow. It's a time for self-discovery, a period of transition where you have the chance to redefine who you are and who you want to become.
So, to all the dreamers, the explorers, the ones who dare to envision a different reality for themselves - trust in the process. Believe in your ability to take that first step, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem. Each tiny action is a building block, a piece of the puzzle that will eventually reveal the bigger picture of your transformation.
Remember, you're not alone in this journey. There's a whole community of individuals who have walked the path you're on, who understand the struggles and triumphs of the in-between. Seek support, share your story, and draw inspiration from the stories of others who have embraced the unknown with courage and resilience.
As you navigate this in-between phase, focus on progress, not perfection. Celebrate each small victory, no matter how minor it may appear. Pat yourself on the back for showing up, for trying, for not giving up when the going gets tough. And above all, be kind to yourself. Change is a process, a messy and nonlinear journey filled with highs and lows. Embrace the messiness, the imperfections, and trust that they are all part of your growth.
So, dear reader, wherever you are on your journey of change, know that the in-between is a sacred space, a cocoon of transformation waiting to unfold. Take that first step, no matter how hesitant or uncertain you may feel. Believe in the power of incremental progress, in the magic of small beginnings. And most importantly, trust in yourself and your ability to create the change you seek.
Just remember: one small step at a time is all it takes.
